TGV Euroduplex "inOui"
The TGV EuroDuplex, which operates on both domestic and international lines of the French National Railway (SNCF), debuted a new livery in the early 2010s in a color scheme called “Carmillon”—a mix of carmine red and vermilion. In 2019, the TGV was rebranded and received a new identity in the form of the “inOui” (“unbelievable” or “astonishing” in French). Alongside this rebranding came improvements in various services, as well as the introduction of a new logo.
A new variation joins the popular French high-speed train TGV series!
This new variation of the French TGV makes reproducing double-set coupling (two trainsets linked together) possible, just like in the real thing! You can also enjoy combining it with other TGV models or even the ICE4!
① The model features the striking “Carmillon” livery, showcasing a beautiful red gradient, and includes the “inOui” brand logo prominently displayed on the exterior.
② Includes two distinct pantograph types, replicating the equipment seen on actual trains (note: pantograph shapes may differ slightly
from the prototype).
③ By removing the front coupler covers and using the included drawbars, a full 20-car train formation—just like the actual TGV
EuroDuplex—can be reproduced.
Details:
• Both end locomotives are made with sealed lower windshield insets and additional roof-mounted antennas, reflecting updated real-world configurations.
• The interior seat colors across all passenger cars are faithfully recreated in ivory, consistent with the train's modern design.
Other:
• Lights: headlights and taillights lit (warm white LEDs)
• Flywheel-assisted motor unit
• DCC friendly, with 6-pin decoder sockets in the M1 and M2 cars. (Note: To ensure correct directional lighting control, the CV29 value on
the M2 car’s decoder must be adjusted accordingly.)
