● After serving as fuel tenders for steam and gas turbine-electric locomotives, they were remodeled and transformed into their current form as part of UP's cultural heritage.
● They are always coupled to tourist groups, quenching the thirst of steam locomotives.

● Locomotive #844, preserved in working order, is currently based at the Cheyenne Depot in Wyoming, pulling event trains.
