E657 Series <E653 Series Revival Color (Red)>

The E657 Series is the flagship express train on the Joban Line, which was introduced in 2011 as an AC/DC express train for the Joban Line.

In conjunction with the Ibaraki Destination Campaign in 2023, the E657 Series has been repainted in the image of the former E653 Series "Fresh Hitachi," attracting attention not only from people living along the line, but also from many railway fans. The actual train is available in a total of five colors, and as the second installment of KATO's lineup, we will be producing the red-painted K12 train.

EC-1 One-Handle Cab Controller

●The one-handle cab controller has finally arrived, allowing you to experience being a real driver with the same feel as a real train. It pursues texture, weight, and operation, creating a more realistic cab appearance and operation action. In addition, by linking it with the sound box, you can enjoy a more realistic model train driving experience, such as running and sound, to the fullest.

◆The "EC-1 One-Handle Cab Controller" is the main unit only. Please use it with the N/HO AC adapter sold separately.

◆The all-in-one set "One-Handle Cab <Sound Running> Box Set", which includes a sound box, AC adapter, anywhere power connector, and a sound card that allows you to enjoy running as if you were in a cab, is also scheduled to be released at the same time.
