Rush Hour in Japan

The JR West trains are always very crowded. In the evening, these trains run from here to Osaka and then to Kyoto. While the picture shows relatively few people on the train at this time of day, the trains are packed with passengers during the evening rush hour. In Japan, this is called "rush hour."
