287 Series Limited Express Train (Kuroshio)
The 287 series "Kuroshio" was introduced to replace the 381 series trains operating in the Nanki area, and began commercial operation in March 2012.
The "Kuroshio" mainly operates between Shirahama/Shingu and Shin-Osaka/Kyoto in 6- and 9-car formations.
● A renewed version of JR West's 287 series "Kuroshio" limited express train.
● This product can reproduce the standard 6-car formation, and a 9-car formation can be reproduced by combining it with the add-on set <97635>.
● JR mark and green car mark are pre-printed.
● Door steps have pre-printed yellow stripes.
● Car numbers are selectable and compatible with transfer sheets (included in the basic set).
● Newly manufactured TN coupler (SP) on the driver's cab side of the leading car.
● Headlights and taillights are equipped with a constant lighting circuit board and an ON/OFF switch.
● Headlights use white LED circuit boards, and taillights use red LED circuit boards.
● Headlights below the driver's cab reproduce yellow and white illumination using a color prism.
● Flywheel-equipped motor adopted.
● New current collection system and silver wheels adopted.
● M-13 motor adopted.
