JR E8 Series Yamagata Shinkansen Tsubasa
The E8 Series is a Yamagata Shinkansen train that began operation in March 2024.
This series replaces the existing E3 Series and is capable of running at a maximum speed of 300 km/h between Utsunomiya and Fukushima.
Fifteen trains are scheduled to be introduced by 2026.

●Headlights and taillights are equipped with constant-on circuit boards
●Headlights are illuminated by white LEDs, taillights by red LEDs
●E811 model features headlight and taillight ON/OFF switches
●Motor with flywheel
●New current collection system and silver wheels
●Uses an M-13 motor
