KATO 4865 Coach KUMOYA 90 0 (Motor)
The KUMOYA 90 was used as a non-revenue train car in various train districts during the JNR era. It was converted in 1966 from a Series 73 MOHA 72 of the old JNR commuter type, and was a DC non-revenue car that was used as a switching/towing car for splitting and merging trains in train sections, as a turnout car for entering factories, and as a control car for trial runs. Because of its role it could be coupled with various old and new trains and was thus called a towing car.
Comes with body-mounted tight lock couplers (without hooks), so that any scene of it switching or towing a variety of trains, from commuter to limited express. can be replicated.
