- In November 1969, instead of the open body Fairlady, the first Fairlady Z was born as a bold coupe style with a long nose and a short deck closed body.
-In Japan, two types of engines, the L20 type and the S20 type, are set, and in the United States, the 240Z and 260Z equipped with 2.4 and 2.6 liter straight 6 engines were released under the Datsun Sports brand and were extremely popular.

[Z432R]
-The Z432 is a model equipped with the famous S20 engine installed in the Skyline GT-R.
- The inline 6 DOHC engine, which consists of DOHC 4 valves / 3 series Solex cabs / 2 camshafts (432), combined with a 5-speed manual transmission, achieved a maximum output of 160 ps / maximum torque of 18.0 kgm and a maximum speed of 210 km / h.

【Road race】
-The Fairlady Z made its debut at the Suzuka 300km race in January 1970.
-The racing specification Z432R has performed well from the first round, competing for the top, and won the first victory in the 6-hour Race de Nippon in the same year.
