JR 185-200 Series Limited Express Train (Hamakaiji, Odoriko Color, Reinforced Skirt) Set
Three 185 Series "Hamakaiji" trains, B3-5, were modified to be ATC-compatible for operation on the Yokohama Line between Higashi-Kanagawa Station and Yokohama Station. Since 1996, they have operated as special express trains connecting Yokohama with Shinshu and Koshu via the Yokohama Line.
●This set recreates the 6-car B3, B4, and B5 formations of the 200 Series Hamkaiji Limited Express. ●High Grade (HG) specification
●The car features a cover over the typhoon, a blocked window next to the front entrance, and snowplows on the bogies. ●Reinforced skirt
●Customizable car number and included transfer sheet
●JR markings are pre-printed. The shoelaces and door rails are printed in silver.
● The toilet tank is attached as a separate part.
● ATS on-board sub-components included.
● The head and taillight train markings are equipped with a constant-on circuit board and an ON-OFF switch.
● The head and taillight train markings are illuminated by white LEDs.
● The headlights use color prisms to illuminate in a color similar to incandescent light.
● The train markings are "Hamakaiji" and "Extra Rapid" and "School Trip" are included.
● Uses a flywheel-equipped motor.
● Uses a new current collection system and black wheels.
● Uses an M13 motor.
● The leading car's driver's cab side uses a TN coupler (SP) with a small body support.
● TN couplers (SP) with piping are standard between each coupling surface.
● Can be coupled with the separately sold <98881> to recreate the 10-car Extra Rapid "Moonlight Nagara" train.
