●The 225 series (3rd batch) is a group of the 100 series that was added in 2020, and the front shape was unified between manufacturers and free space was installed in all cars.
●The 700 series is a car called "A-seat" that was introduced to expand the number of paid seat services connected to some <New Rapid Service> trains. While it has the same front end shape as the 225 series 100 series, it is characterized by having a reclining seat interior and a body with two single-leaf doors.
●The latest 225 series 100 series and 700 series are now available in the <New Rapid Service> lineup that connects Keihanshin.
●A 4-car set including the 225 series 700 series newly manufactured exclusively for the "A-seat" and an 8-car set of the 100 series 3rd batch will be released at the same time.

●Productization of the K1 formation (4-car set) and I10 formation (8-car set) belonging to Aboshi General Rolling Stock Depot
●The 4-car set reproduces the 700 series leading car with two-door cross seats, black window surrounds, and blue side stripes
●Each leading car reproduces the front with no step above the through door
●The 4-car set reproduces the leading car roof with blocked signal flares
●The lightning arrester on the roof reproduces the shape seen in recent years. The underfloor equipment also reproduces the electric air compressor with a different shape from the conventional one
●The fall prevention hood is reproduced with a separate part. Two types are available: one for the leading car that emphasizes appearance, and one for when coupled
●The use of a slotless motor achieves smooth and quiet running. The 4-car set is not equipped with traction tires in consideration of coupled operation
●Each car is equipped with a body-mounted KATO close-coupled type coupler (without hook). Electric coupler (1 stage) included for the front section
● Head/tail lights, front display lights up, white LEDs used (with switch to turn off)
● Front display "A-Shinkaisoku Himeji" already installed on each car. As replacements, the 4-car set comes with "A-Shinkaisoku Yasu", and the 8-car set comes with "A-Shinkaisoku Maibara" and "B-Shinkaisoku Omi-Imazu"
