JR Kyushu 811 Series 100 (Saha 811-200, selectable car number) 4-Car Add-On Set (Non-motorized)
The JR Kyushu 811 Series is an AC-type train manufactured since 1989. Stainless steel construction reduces the car's weight, and high-performance core components allow for a maximum speed of 120 km/h. The interior features all-reversible cross seats, and the KuHa 810 series is equipped with a toilet.
While these trains are primarily used on local and rapid service trains on the Kagoshima Main Line, Nippo Main Line, and Nagasaki Main Line in northern Kyushu, they were also used as special express trains when they were first introduced.
