A7255 Suro 62-2052 (without obi)

-The OHA 60 series was born under the name of a modified name using the underframe of a wooden passenger car from the Taisho era, in order to rebuild the exhausted railway during the war and improve transportation at a time when new vehicle construction was not allowed by GHQ.
-Later, the car structure was changed to the OHA 61 series with improved body structure, and a total of more than 3000 cars were modified, including second class cars and mail luggage cars.
-From 1959, the Oro 61 was introduced by modifying the Oha 61 when converting the old second class seats into reclining seats.
- Although one side of the deck was closed off, a toilet was added, and the trolley was replaced, the basic structure of the car body remained the same, and the seat and window pitches did not match.
-Also, the slow-speed type Olof 61, equipped with a hand brake in the crew cabin and a tail light installed on the end plate, has also appeared, and as a result of the weight classification changed due to air conditioning modification from 1967, these became Slo 62, Slof 62. It was renamed and continued to be an indispensable part of night express trains until the end of the old model passenger car era.
-Slo 62-2052 has been active in the Tohoku region at the Aomori driving station and Akita driving area since its air conditioning remodel in 1968.
- In the 1980s, the Uenoguchi old model passenger express train was completely abolished in November 1982 with the class band omitted, and it was scrapped the following year.
