JR ED76-550 Electric Locomotive (Red No.2)
The ED76-550 is an electric locomotive that was remodeled from the ED76-500 in 1989 as an addition to the ED79, and has a unique appearance of red and gray with a white belt.
In 1999, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the electrification of the Hakodate Main Line, it was painted in one color of red No. 2, and then operated in one color of red.
