JR 485-3000 series limited express train (Hakutaka) basic set
The Hokuetsu Express Hokuhoku Line opened in March 1997, and Hakutaka began operation as an express train connecting to the Joetsu Shinkansen at Echigo Yuzawa Station.
JR East was in charge of one round trip, and the 485 series remodeled car, the 3000th generation, was active until March 2005.
