JR Kiha 261-1000 Series Limited Express Diesel Car Super Hokuto New Color Add-On Set
In 2015, the Kiha 261-1000's livery was changed from its previous blue base to a white with yellow and purple accents.
While the Kiha 261 series consists of a lead car and the following intermediate cars, the Kiha 260-1300 is an intermediate car that can be added individually.
This add-on set includes the KiHa 260-1200, which mates with the KiHa 261-1200 from the basic set.
One KiHa 260-1300 is modeled after Nos. 1306-1309, which have traces of a blocked-up window.
One KiHa 260-1300 is modeled after Nos. 1310-1335, which have no traces of a blocked-up window.
The color sheet is burgundy.
Car numbers are selectable and a transfer sheet is included.
The included transfer sheet contains car numbers that can be applied over the printed car numbers of the basic set.
Includes a bogie-mounted snowplow and pre-printed train marks "HOKUTO" and "Special" to match the leading car of the basic set.
