JR 227-500 series commuter train (Urara, 3 cars) basic set
The 227 series 500 series is a new type of vehicle developed for the Okayama and Bingo areas, and is a direct current train from JR West that began operation in July 2023.
It is mainly used on the Sanyo Main Line, Hakubi Line, Uno Line, and Honshi-Bisan Line.
It follows the form of the 227 series 0 series that is active in the Hiroshima area, but the details such as the seat arrangement are different.
13 two-car formations that were introduced earlier and 25 three-car formations that are currently being added are scheduled to be introduced.
