Chikuho Electric Railway 2000 Type 2001 (Purple) Chikuho Electric Railway Co., Ltd. is a railway company of the Nishitetsu Group that connects Kitakyushu City's sub-center, Kurosaki, through Nakama City, and Nogata City. At the time of its opening in 1956 (Showa 31), it did not own its own vehicles and was operated by borrowing vehicles from the Nishitetsu Kitakyushu Line and entering from the same line, and the body color at that time was "Nishitetsu Maroon & Beige".
In 1975 (Showa 50), I purchased a two-car articulated car for the Nishitetsu Fukuoka City Line and the Nishitetsu Kitakyushu Line, remodeled it into a three-car articulated car, and started operation as the 2000 series in 1977 (Showa 52). The color was "Kinaden".
The yellow electric 2000 type later changed the body color of all seven formations as "Trainbow Train", and the yellow electric paint disappeared in 2009 (Heisei 21).
We will commercialize the 2001 (purple) that appeared as the first train of the Train Rainbow.
