JR West Express and Economy

Today , I have to go to Tarumi Hyogo .I'm taking this train from Kawanishi-Ikeda Station to Tarumi Station on the Kobe Line, which takes about an hour. I have to change trains at Amagasaki Station along the way. In Kobe, I need to choose between the Special Rapid Service and the Rapid Service. The Rapid Service goes straight to Tarumi Station, though it's slower. The Special Rapid Service doesn't stop at Tarumi Station, so I have to change trains at Kobe Station. Which would you choose?
