KATO 14419-9 HANKYU PRiVACE

Hankyu Railway is a private railway in the Kansai region of Japan. It runs from Osaka to Kobe, Takarazuka, and Kyoto. Since the area became famous as a tourist destination, Hankyu Railway has started offering special cars (for a fee) on its express trains. It's a fun little experience.
