Nankai Electric Railway 6000 series
The Nankai Electric Railway 6000 series is a commuter train that mainly operates on the Koya Line. Its lustrous stainless steel body looks like a regular commuter train at first glance, but it's one of Japan's longest-serving trains, having been in service for over 60 years, from the Showa era through to the Reiwa era.
Nankai Electric Railway is famous for Mount Koya, a famous temple in Japan. While it's not a tourist express train, it's a memorable train that has been running for 60 years.
