Refund policy

Returning and exchanging customer convenience
In case of unused and unopened: We will refund the full price of the item price (tax included).
In the case of already opened: 50% of the item price (tax included) will be refunded.

The manufacturer's pre-packed case is opened or damaged
There is repacking that intentionally breaks the product
Product tag has been removed
Vinyl packaging of parts is opened
Wires etc. for fixing the cables are disconnected
In addition, there is evidence that it was used for the product itself
Returned or exchanged due to problems or troubles
We will exchange the full amount of goods price (tax included), shipping fee, handling fee and gift wrapping fee or refund same item.
Case where returned goods and exchanges are not accepted
I will describe the case not receiving return / exchange below. Besides this, we may not accept return / exchange depending on the product. Please also refer to the corresponding section in this page.

In the following cases, we will not accept returns or exchanges regardless of the reason.

Custom-made products, custom-made products, inscribed items, and re-sized items
When there is no exterior when returning the goods delivered by the manufacturer's existing exterior, or only exterior is damaged
Return reason for direct shipping slip on the exterior of the manufacturer
In the following cases, we do not accept returned or exchanged due to customer convenience.

Used or opened supplies
When the manufacturer is not certified as initial malfunction (deviation of liquid crystal panel, missing dots, scratches of appearance after use, etc.)
Expansion of expansion equipment, replacement of parts, remodeling of the product itself, adjusted items
Products received issuance of expert opinion / discrimination certificate from the manufacturer at customer's request
Car tire / wheel set
Lithium batteries and products with built-in lithium batteries (In the case of returned goods from China, we do not accept returned or exchanged due to customer's convenience, as exports for return are limited by laws and regulations.)
