Night View and Rainy day

Japan has entered the rainy season. Photographs are usually taken in sunny blue, in the morning sun, and in the evening. But the rainy season is also full of opportunities. My tip is NewYork evening and rain blurry car lights. Taking that as a hint, I searched for night lights in Japan as well.
