Taiwan Railway EMU3000 (Red) 6-Car Add-On Set
●The EMU3000 is Taiwan Railway's (TR) latest express train.
●A total of 600 cars are planned to be introduced as TR's flagship train, and they will begin operation at the end of 2021 to replace the old-style cars operated on the Tze-Chiang (equivalent to a Japanese express train), the passenger train Chu-Kuang (equivalent to a Japanese express train), and the electrified South Link Line diesel cars.
●Since 2019, TR has been refreshing its stations and cars based on the idea of "TR aesthetic revival (FUTURE-RENAISSANCE)".
●The EMU3000 is based on this philosophy and has a modern design with a simple monotone base and accent colors on the top of the doors, with the motto "Let's create an express train that we can be proud of in the world."
●In order to increase the transport capacity of conventional vehicles, the train consists of 12 cars with 20m-class bodies, and the sixth car is coupled with a business class commercial car (Tongyun Zaso), which is equivalent to Japan's Green Car.
●The EMU3000 is here, allowing you to enjoy the railway scenery of Taiwan along with the Taiwan High Speed Rail 700T.
●The smart body, which is simply designed with black and white as the main colors, and various markings are realistically reproduced and commercialized.
