Taiwan Railway EMU3000 (Green) 6-Car Add-on Set
EMU3000 is the latest express train of Taiwan Railways (hereinafter referred to as TRA).
A total of 600 cars are planned to be introduced as the flagship of TRA, and they will begin operation at the end of 2021 to replace the old-style cars operated by the Tze-Chiang (equivalent to a Japanese express train), the passenger train Chu-Kuang (equivalent to a Japanese express train), and the electrified South Link Line diesel cars.
Since 2019, TRA has been refreshing its stations and cars based on the idea of "TAILE Aesthetics Revival (FUTURE-RENAISSANCE)".
The EMU3000 is based on this philosophy and has a modern design with a simple monotone base and accent colors on the top of the doors, with the motto "Let's create an express train that we can be proud of in the world." In order to increase the transport capacity of existing trains, the train consists of 12 cars with 20m-class bodies, and the sixth car is coupled with a business class commercial car (Tengyun Zasou), which is equivalent to a green car in Japan.

- Produced in the "1/150 scale" used in Taiwan. The front shape that exudes a sense of speed and the monotone-based body that blends in with the scenery are realistically produced.
- Reproduces markings such as the side logo mark and the commercial car "Tengyun Zasou" mark.
- Reproduces the pantograph area and the roof where linear equipment is lined up, which are unique to AC trains.
- All coupling parts are equipped with body-mounted KATO close-coupled type (with hook) as standard.
- The book-shaped train case can store the contents of the basic set and the additional set in the order of car 1 to car 12.
