EF65-500 Series Electric Locomotive (Unit 501)
The EF65-500 series is a DC electric locomotive that debuted in 1965.
Unit 501, the first unit in the series, was the only one of the 500 series to be inherited by JR East.
For many years, it was mainly used to haul special trains in the Takasaki area, but in November 2024, with the end of commercial operation of electric and diesel locomotives at the Gunma Rail Yard, Unit 501 was also retired.

●Reproduces the appearance with externally mounted taillights.
●The roof, including the lower part of the pantograph, is reproduced in black, and the running boards are reproduced in gray.

●Headlights are equipped with a constant lighting circuit board and illuminate with warm white LEDs.
●Headmarks "Gunma Yokokawa, EL/DL Gunma fin" are included.
●Car number is pre-printed.
●Radio antenna, signal flare, and whistle are included as separate parts.
●Front handrails (vertical) are included as separate parts.
●Release levers are pre-installed as separate parts.
●Dummy coupler and automatic coupler type TN coupler are included.
●Equipped with flywheel motor.
●Uses black bogie frame and black wheels.
●Uses plate wheel centers.
●Uses M-13 motor.
