JR 225-0 Series Commuter Train

The 225 Series is a commuter train of JR West that was introduced in 2010.
This series was introduced as a successor to the 223 Series, and has a design that focuses even more on safety, such as adopting a crushable zone at the front of the car.
In addition, the interior of the car continues to use the LCD monitor called "WEST Vision" that was first adopted in the 321 Series, and provides information on stops and various operation information.
It is mainly operated with a maximum of 12 cars for special rapid service and rapid service, and in addition to 225 Series 0 series trains, it is also coupled with 223 Series and 225 Series 100 series trains.
Since 2015, an additional fall prevention canopy has been installed on the driver's side of the leading car.
